Today was Sam's commencement from Michigan State Law School. Look at how happy he is! It was a long road for Sam, through teenage years filled with turmoil, and a long road for us as parents trying to keep him from sinking in quicksand. He turned his life around, worked hard, and graduated cum laude. I shed many tears of despair over the years, but today they were tears of pride and happiness, not only at what he has accomplished but also for the opportunities he now has for the future. Congratulations, Sam, we love you!

Congratulations to Sam and to you and your husband. It quite an achievement to see your children grow into adults that are productive to society.
